Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread

Yield: 4 buns




Ingredients

Soft Bread

110ml Milk

30g Sugar

4g Instant dry yeast

250g Bread flour

3g Salt

1 Egg

20g Unsalted butter


Cream Cheese

200g Cream cheese

30g Sugar

50g Whipping Cream


Garlic Butter Sauce

30g Unsalted butter

50g Garlic

30g Condensed milk

1 Egg

20g Honey

3g Parsley


Instructions

Soft Bread

  1. Add all ingredients except butter and knead for 5 minutes

  2. Add butter and knead for 15 minutes

  3. Let rise for 1 hour

  4. Deflate and divide into 4 equal pieces. Let rise for 30 min or until 1.5 x the size.

  5. Bake at 180℃ for 15-20 minutes

Cream Cheese

  1. Mix all ingredients until well incorporated and smooth


Garlic butter sauce

  1. Melt butter and mix all ingredients until homogenous.

Assembly

  1. Cut buns into 6 equal slices

  2. Pipe cream cheese into spaces between buns

  3. Dip buns into garlic butter sauce

  4. Place on tray and bake at 160℃ for 10 minutes
