Ingredients
Soft Bread
110ml Milk
30g Sugar
4g Instant dry yeast
250g Bread flour
3g Salt
1 Egg
20g Unsalted butter
Cream Cheese
200g Cream cheese
30g Sugar
50g Whipping Cream
Garlic Butter Sauce
30g Unsalted butter
50g Garlic
30g Condensed milk
1 Egg
20g Honey
3g Parsley
Instructions
Soft Bread
Add all ingredients except butter and knead for 5 minutes
Add butter and knead for 15 minutes
Let rise for 1 hour
Deflate and divide into 4 equal pieces. Let rise for 30 min or until 1.5 x the size.
Bake at 180℃ for 15-20 minutes
Cream Cheese
Mix all ingredients until well incorporated and smooth
Garlic butter sauce
Melt butter and mix all ingredients until homogenous.
Assembly
Cut buns into 6 equal slices
Pipe cream cheese into spaces between buns
Dip buns into garlic butter sauce
Place on tray and bake at 160℃ for 10 minutes
